- Create and update Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP’s) and Master Sanitation Cleaning Schedule (MSCS) and all other required documents, working with all relevant stakeholders at each facility
- Ensure Sanitation completes the commissioning required documents for new processes and equipment installations at each facility
- Support Sanitation Site Leader through internal, customer, third-party audits and self-inspections
- Utilize continuous improvement tools to improve the sanitation program through problem resolution and transferring of best practices between facilities
- Assist Sanitation Leaders in completing CAR (Corrective Action Report), creating OPL (One Point Lesson)
- Create and update Let’s Connect action list and update with direction from Site Sanitation Leaders and Sanitation Program Leaders to ensure action is conducted on the concerns • Involved in creating PowerPoint presentations with sanitation leaders
- Perform other duties assigned by the Sanitation Facilities Specialist Leader, sanitation Director and VP of sanitation
- Post-secondary education
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Must be able to travel to FGF US locations (must be stationary in Indiana and be present in Lebanon and Brownsburg on weekly basis and traveling to other US facilities )
- Excellent skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required
- Great written and verbal communication skills required for creation of company documentation and communication with cross functional team
- Knowledgeable in Sanitation cleaning (wet/dry) and sanitary design in a food manufacturing environment preferred
- Knowledgeable with BRC standard, GMP rules, H&S guidelines and Food Safety guidelines
- Continuous improvement skills a plus (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma)
- LOTO and WHMIS training desired
- Must be flexible to cover other locations if required (vacation, illnesses, audits, etc.)
- Must be flexible to work various shifts based on business needs and some weekends if required (trainings, SSOP creations, reviewing deep cleaning procedures, etc.) • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
