- Assist the SLP in providing speech and language therapy services to preschool-aged children in a school setting.
- Implement therapy activities and interventions under the guidance and supervision of the lead SLP.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support the communication needs of children.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
- Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) in the state of Illinois.
- Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational or clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Salary Range: $43,000-$53,000
