Your role will involve the execution of training and outreach activities, including Outage Training Camps, Field Connections Calls and ad-hoc learning and communication needs. You will be an experienced individual contributor with an understanding of training methodologies.You will report to the Training and Outreach Manager and be located at our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA. You will be expected on site 2-3 days per week.Key Responsibilities:Create training and outreach materials as identified in the strategy and planFacilitate training sessions and related workshopsCollaborate across business segments to optimize services and processes to support seasonal OutagesEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs and communication methods and resources through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make recommendations about how to improve outcomes.Provide regular status reporting to the Training & Outreach ManagerExecute all logistics activities connected to AOMS Training and Outreach eventsQualifications:2+ years of experienceBachelor Degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or equivalentUnderstanding of the SAP Bid to Bank workflowExperience with processes, application, assessment, and design, as needed to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the Bid to Bank process.Experience with training methodologies and best practices.Proficiency in using training software and tools, including e-learning platforms and development technology#LI-HybridWhy Westinghouse?Westinghouse offers competitive benefits to all our employees around the globe to keep them healthy and enhance their well-being.
