  • Positively impact students' educational, behavioral, social, and emotional well-being.
  • Nurture student potential through personalized, small-group, and classroom counseling, focusing on academic, emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs.
  • Conduct learning assessments to reveal students' strengths and areas for growth, informing referrals as needed.
  • Empower parents and school staff by connecting them with community resources that align with students' unique needs.
  • Ensure administrative excellence by completing accurate, efficient paperwork.
  • Stay updated on field trends to enhance guidance and support for students.

QualificationsWhat we'll need from you:
  • Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) - Licensed in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) preferred.
  • Experience working with high school students desired.
Experience designing, coordinating, or managing student and family support services in an educational or community-based setting.Proficiency in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and MOU management.Familiarity with healthcare systems, insurance programs, and mental health resources.Strong cultural competency and commitment to equity and inclusion.Ability to apply data-driven approaches to program evaluation and continuous improvement.Wherever you are in your career, there's a place for you on our team.Be there for students at Catapult Learning partner schools in the way that works best for you: year-round and/or during summer, full-time or part-time.
