  • Participate in communicating repair plan to writers and management daily
  • 100% disassembly, review supplement with writer, repair vehicles and final reassembly
  • Repair collision damaged vehicles according to OEM specifications and Devoe standards, including AllData and I-CAR
  • Plan with and update writers daily to ensure vehicle repairs occur in timely manner
  • Stay up to date with required I-Car and Company Safety Training
  • Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
  • Maintains tools, shop equipment and work area
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 2 Years experience as a collision repair technician with heavy structural collision and frame experience is a plus.
  • Ability to demonstrate and properly complete light to heavy repairs
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • ICAR, ASE or OEM certifications in auto body repair a plus
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of repairs for damaged vehicles including bodywork and when to replace or repair parts
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
  • Team mentality with ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must pass a background screening and have a clean driving record
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
