The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our team and will participate in varying projects, from chatbots to agentic systems to whatever comes next.Work on projects in the Generative AI space, contributing not just code, but ideasParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve our product, our process, and our teamEncourage good software engineering practices (unit testing, documentation, code reviews) in our projectsCollaborate with team members in different time zonesAll About YouBachelor's degree in a technical field5+ years of commercial software development experienceProficient in Python with experience programming for deployed systemsAt least one year of development experience in AI/ML with Generative AI experience preferred. Generative AI development experience can be for either personal or professional projectsExperience using Generative AI tools, for example ChatGPT or GitHub CopilotTechnical leadership ability.
