This dynamic role offers variety, professional growth, and the chance to make a real difference in patients’ lives across the continuum of care.Position HighlightsWork within a collaborative hospital environment alongside experienced rehab and medical professionalsTreat a diverse caseload that includes acute inpatient and outpatient therapyFocus on quality care with realistic productivity standardsFacility is committed to supporting clinical growth and evidence-based practiceNew graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to applyKey ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disordersServe a range of diagnoses including neurologic conditions, post-surgical, trauma, and chronic illnessCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams in both inpatient and outpatient settingsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansEducate patients, caregivers, and medical staff on communication and swallowing managementMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital standardsMay provide mentorship or guidance to clinical fellows or studentsQualificationsMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship applicants welcomeCurrent state licensure or eligibility (required)Prior experience in a hospital or medical setting is a plusStrong communication, collaboration, and time-management skillsCompensation
