As a Project Manager, you’ll partner with product managers, engineers, marketers, sales teams, and operations teams and leaders to ensure that product initiatives are delivered on time and launched successfully. You’ll own the operational frameworks, drive cross-functional coordination, and help scale our product delivery processes.What You Will Do
- Translate operational actions and initiatives into measurable business value, with a direct focus on impacting new ARR
- Lead cross-functional strategic product initiatives from kickoff through execution
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and interdependencies to ensure timely delivery of key milestones
- Proactively identify and remove blockers, adjusting plans as needed to mitigate risks and maintain momentum
- Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership and teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged
- Participate in all critical meetings to ensure alignment, remove friction, and drive successful project outcomes
- Establish and refine project management frameworks, communication channels, and workflows to ensure consistency and continuous improvement
- Travel typically less than 10%
- Office environment with no special physical demands required
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, program/project management, business operations, consulting or similar professional experience
- Owner’s Mentality: You spot problems before others do and take the lead in fixing them
- Connector: You build relationships across teams and lead without formal authority
- Proficiency with project and collaboration tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Project management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and mitigate risk
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum SDLC
- PMP or CSM
