This role will provide hands-on end-user support, focusing on hardware, software, and network troubleshooting to ensure smooth store operations.Duties and Responsibilities:Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devicesPerform hardware repairs, part replacements, and software installationsSupport network connectivity issues, including wired and wireless troubleshootingProvide technical assistance for point-of-sale (POS) systems and related equipmentMaintain accurate service records and update ticketing systemsCoordinate with remote support teams and vendors as needed to resolve issuesSkills and Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in a retail or field service environmentProficiency with Windows operating systems and basic networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)Familiarity with POS hardware and software troubleshootingStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift and move equipment as neededWage Range:
The rate for this position is between $15.00 - $21.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Benefits:
