Power Platform DeveloperRedan LLC is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Power Platform Developer to be part of a growing team in the federal sector.As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for supporting application modernization and operations & maintenance efforts. This role is critical to driving innovation and efficiency across enterprise-level systems using modern Microsoft technologies, including Azure and Power Platform.The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Your tasks will include implementing CI/CD, using Azure DevOps and paying strong attention to details. You must possess excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to help large-scale organizations adopt Microsoft Power Platform at an enterprise level with a focus on the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power BI, Power AutomateCandidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be adaptive to the organization's changing needs. This candidate must have experience with building and maintaining highly effective relationships with team members and multiple stakeholders across multiple projects. Work in an agile environment and provide technical knowledge and development to the team throughout all agile ceremoniesWhat You'll Be DoingAs the Senior Power Platform Developer at Redan, you will:
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications and services using ASP.NET and C#
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services
  • Architect and build scalable applications using .NET Core/Framework, SQL Server, and MVC design patterns
  • Design and develop databases (SQL, Oracle, NoSQL)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues with precision and clarity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Lead enterprise adoption of Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
Profile of SuccessRequired:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development within the past 7 years.
  • At least 3 years of Azure development experience within the last 5 years.
  • Proven experience with ASP.NET / C# application development.
  • Experience with .NET Core/Framework, Azure, SQL Server, and MVC architecture.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in database design and development (SQL, Oracle, NoSQL).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to support enterprise-level adoption of Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience with Power Platform governance and administration.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of additional cloud platforms or hybrid cloud environments.
