- Design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure, primarily on Microsoft Azure.
- Deploy and operate Kubernetes clusters (AKS or self-managed), managing workloads with Docker and Helm.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible.
- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for reliable, secure, and rapid software delivery.
- Implement Chaos Engineering experiments to uncover system weaknesses and improve resiliency.
- Develop and maintain internal tools and dashboards to support observability, automation, and reliability goals.
- Actively debug, identify, and fix defects in infrastructure components or supporting systems in collaboration with development teams.
- Drive toil reduction through automation using: PowerShell, Python, SQL, Power Automate
- Monitor infrastructure and application health using: Dynatrace (preferred), Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation and lead incident resolution for production issues.
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Software Development.
- Proven ability to develop internal applications/tools and contribute code to infrastructure or production systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure services (e.g., APIM, FunctionApps, Key Vault, App Services) or AWS.
- Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm in production environments.
- Experience applying Chaos Engineering concepts or tools.
- Strong scripting and automation capabilities in PowerShell, Python, SQL, and use of workflow tools like Power Automate.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, Linux system administration, and cloud security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- HashiCorp Terraform Associate
- Experience in FinTech or payment systems environments.
- Experience with containerizing legacy applications for Kubernetes-based deployment.
