- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring all property systems and equipment are in excellent working condition.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems as needed.
- Address and resolve resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to prioritize and complete work orders efficiently.
- Ensure the property meets safety standards and complies with applicable regulations.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist with apartment turnovers, ensuring units are move-in ready for new residents.
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues, including after-hours calls when necessary.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC/EPA certifications or similar credentials are a plus, along with a willingness to learn and grow.
- You have hands-on experience in maintenance, with skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
- You’re a team player who communicates effectively and works well with others.
- You’re detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
- You’re proactive and enjoy solving problems with practical solutions.
- You’re dependable and flexible, ready to handle after-hours or weekend emergencies when needed.
