An established and growing A&E firm is seeking an experienced Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join their team in Kansas City, MO. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in both field and office environments and is ready to take a leadership role in managing survey projects from conception through completion.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee land surveying projects including boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, construction staking, and subdivision platting.Supervise field crews and office staff to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.Conduct quality control checks on survey work and deliverables.Prepare and review survey documents including plats, legal descriptions, and survey reports.Communicate directly with clients, project managers, contractors, and local/state agencies.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal survey standards and regulations.Maintain and update records, maps, and reports using CAD and GIS technologies.Requirements:Active Missouri Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
