
Print Production Supervisor - Paper Center of Excellence

- Lead and develop production staff to meet KPIs in Safety, Quality, Production, Service, and Efficiency
- Schedule product priorities, equipment, workstations, and staff to efficiently meet production goals on time. This includes taking daily attendance, scheduling personnel on specific lines and coordinating lunch and rest breaks.
- Promote a culture of safety and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Monitor and report on productivity metrics, correcting trends and deficiencies
- Audit the floor as required by Leader Standard Work, monitor productivity metrics, verify adherence to procedures/ standard work and correct deficiencies as necessary
- Inspect product and sign quality control check sheets as required per quality standards/procedures
- Understand, support, and follow management expectations in alignment with company values
- Collaborate across departments to meet production targets and resolve issues
- Enter and manage production and employee data in computer systems
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- High School Diploma or GED (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
- 3+ years of experience in a production setting, preferably in print manufacturing
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to be accessible and approachable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing and paper converting, packaging, or chemical/plastics processing preferred
- Ability to train employees and communicate complex processes clearly
- Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
- Strong written communication skills demonstrating the ability to prepare outlines, reports, letters, and any other supplemental materials in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work weekends and be on-call 24/7

- Initial schedule will be Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Will transition to 24/7 operations later this year; flexibility required.
- Travel is required (up to 50%) for the first several months/throughout 2025-2026. Travel will be for onboarding, training, ongoing operational excellence and other purposes. Travel will, for the most part, take place Monday – Friday, but some weekend travel may be required.
