- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- A legal right to work in the United States
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Oversee and execute month-end closing processes, including reviewing and approving all journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliations with the Site Controller and Sr. Cost Accountant.
- Conduct P&L and cash flow analysis; analyzing actual performance against targets.
- Distribute financial reports and performance metrics to Corporate and Operations Finance.
- Manage accounting for all capital projects for the site.
- Lead the annual budgeting process for the site.
- Collaborate with Sales team and Operations Finance to develop sales and manufacturing budgets.
- Prepare and review budgets for Sales, COGS, Manufacturing and Admin accounts.
- Drive quarterly forecast updates and scenario planning. Provide feedback and support for all variance analysis.
- Represent Finance in weekly and monthly meetings (S&OP, Strategy Execution, Demand Planning, etc.).
- Provide financial insights for sales forecasting, inventory management, and capital planning.
- Present financial updates at quarterly town halls and leadership meetings.
- Act as site liaison for the IFF IT Integration and ERP upgrade projects.
- Coordinate testing, migration, and training efforts across departments.
- Manage ERP-related tasks including user setup, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Serve as the Finance leader and key support for the Clackamas site.
- Lead the annual physical inventory process.
- Ensure compliance with 1099 filings and state licensing requirements.
