We are currently looking for a Specialist, Marketing Data Analytics in the United States.This role offers the opportunity to transform marketing data into actionable insights that drive business performance and optimize paid media campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-backed recommendations. The position combines hands-on analytics, data visualization, and reporting with strategic collaboration across marketing, product, and external partners. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential to succeed and make a measurable impact.Accountabilities
  • Monitor and analyze paid media campaigns from impression to enrollment, providing actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Build, maintain, and communicate dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
  • Leverage first-party datasets and analytics platforms to generate insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and external agencies, to optimize campaign performance.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses, A/B testing, and performance modeling to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate tracking, data collection, and attribution using established frameworks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a data analyst role, preferably focused on digital marketing or business analytics.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and other measurement tools.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with SQL and BigQuery is a plus.
  • Understanding of paid media channels (SEM, social paid, display, video) and attribution models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills; ability to translate data insights for diverse audiences.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in an advertising agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Background in large dataset management and data joins.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and conversion rate improvement strategies.
