Axiom Staffing is seeking two Project Managers for a local restoration company. This is a direct hire opportunity.Purpose of the Job:The Project Manager will be working under the Regional Manager. Provides day to day management, supervision and leadership for the efficient and profitable completion of projects that meet our high quality standards.Essential Primary Functions:1. Responsible for the productivity, mentorship, and team coaching of construction crews.2. Serves as a representative of CARE-Property Services displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with clients and with the public.3. Ability to drive from customer site to customer site with a valid driver’s license.4. Perform minor and incidental structural repairs to include windows, and doors5. Responsible for reviewing and approving completed timesheets according to standard operating procedures, and emailing those timesheets to the appropriate person daily.6. Responsible for preparing daily status reports; including signing off on completed job tickets, potential problems, next steps etc. , for all jobs that they are assigned.7. Ensures quality of work from team members.8. Performs initial quality control inspections, review estimates, and scopes of work for all properties9. Manages general contractors' completion of punch lists10. Supervises general contractors during the construction process, to include labor, materials, workmanship and quality control.11. Tests all systems and functions of the home to guarantee proper performance12. Provides accurate quantities of required materials and labor for all improvements.Skills and Equipment Knowledge Requirements:1. Strong verbal and written communication skills2. Ability to communicate with general and/or trade contractors to clarify scopes3. Ability to multitask4. Meticulous attention to detail5. Aptitude with computers, internet, MS Office6. Extremely comfortable working in a technology-driven environment7. Ability to work with mathematical concepts8. Experience in inspections and general contracting is preferred9. Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions10. Ability to utilize common hand tools11. Computer literate.Education and/or Experience:1. Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.2. High School Diploma or equivalent3. Preferred 8 years of relevant construction experience.4.
