- Answer inbound/outbound calls, sell services, and educate customers
- Schedule projects and coordinate multiple craftsmen using CRM & dispatch software
- Order and manage materials for projects
- Provide logistical support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow up with past customers and handle inquiries
- Manage paperwork and filing
- Update and engage with company social media
- Must Live in the Tarrant County area
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Strong organizational skills
