Degree Level: High School GraduateJob Description:This position requires an active Secret clearance.Provides comprehensive logistical and operational support for MEDXS, including asset tracking, procurement, warranty management, and CMDB oversight. Ensures compliance with contractual deliverables and coordinates the entire asset lifecycle.Compensation & Benefits:Estimated Starting Salary Range for Senior Operations Support: Pay commensurate with experience.Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.Senior Operations Support Responsibilities Include:

Manage logistics, shipping, and warranty tracking for MEDXS systems
Maintain procurement records and ensure CMDB accuracy
Oversee asset receipt, issue resolution, and lifecycle tracking
Ensure compliance with CDRL A007-A008 and related requirements
Support readiness and sustainment operations for deployed healthcare systems
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Senior Operations Support Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

5+ years of relevant experience (degree may substitute in part)
Security+ CE preferred; ITIL or Health IT certification preferred
Experience with AF deployed healthcare systems, OpMed IM/IT domain, and system continuity
Expertise in mission-critical IM/IT operations and Air Force sustainment environments
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
