You will act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring aftersales service and spare parts, managing enquiries from initial request through to successful project completion. The position involves preparing accurate quotations, securing orders, coordinating field service engineers, and ensuring all resources are in place for timely, high-quality delivery.Key responsibilities include:Managing service delivery for troubleshooting and scheduled maintenanceCoordinating field engineers, parts, tools, and technical documentationMonitoring resource utilisation, profitability, and project timelinesOverseeing compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standardsSupporting technician skills development and certification upkeepThe Person
We are looking for an experienced service professional with:2–3 years’ field service experience in the marine or automotive sectorsStrong technical aptitude and ability to read engineering drawings and schematicsProven leadership, resource coordination, and customer service skillsA commercial mindset with attention to quality, cost, and deadlinesThe ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentLocation & Travel
