- Participate in client meetings
- Gather, organize, and synthesize client information within a financial planning context
- Analyze client situations and propose possible solutions in our financial planning process
- Communicate with clients on outstanding requests and issues
- Update and document tasks in our CRM - Redtail
- Provide top notch client service with systematic follow up
- Recommend process improvements for the firm on an ongoing basis - we want to hear how you can make the firm better!
- Take the lead on specific operations projects assigned throughout the year, such as tech stack review, creation of client surveys, analysis of marketing strategies, research ideas for client appreciation, compilation of firm statistics for annual compliance reports, review of quarterly firm billing statements, or annual reviews of firm benefits
- Qualify prospects that contact the firm and assist with onboarding new clients using our documented systems and processes
- Resolve issues effectively - seeing real problems and solving the problems in a practical and helpful manner
- 3-5 years of financial services experience, preferably within an independent RIA
- 1+ year of experience as paraplanner or support advisor
- CFP® is a plus
- Series 65 license or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days
- MS Office skills with proficient Excel. Willing to take courses to advance Excel proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients and teammates
- Emphasizes careful attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes
- Self-Starter with ability to meet deadlines and manage your own time effectively - we do not micromanage
- Strong work ethic - willing to go the extra mile.

- NOT required, but would be a plus - experience with MoneyGuide Pro, Schwab or Fidelity, Redtail, Orion, Morningstar Advisor Workstation, Precise FP
