In this role you'll be responsible for leading ground-up commercial construction projects from the preconstruction phases throughout closeout. This company is currently experiencing significant growth and an individual in this role will have the opportunity for leadership roles.
  • Take initiative on all projects from conception to completion
  • Assist in potential business development meetings
  • Organize/ assist in client meetings and develop long-term relationships
  • Coordinate with client, architects, and engineers, subcontractors
  • Perform estimates
  • Prepare budgets and schedules
  • Work collaboratively with Head of Construction Ops
  • Proactively drive solutions
  • Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site

  • 10+ years of construction experience (with at least 5 of those being a PM)
  • Ground-up experience on projects $1M - $5M+
  • Comfortable leading projects from start to finish
  • Can estimate & has experience in hard bidding projects
  • Procore proficient
  • Experience running government, state, or federal projects is a plus
  • Communicates well with field staff

  • Base salary $100,000 - $130,000 dependent on experience
