Job DescriptionRenesas Electronics is looking for an experienced technician to fill the role of Implant Maintenance Technician supporting its manufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and communication skills. This position offers development opportunities working for a leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog semiconductors. Essential Job Responsibilities:This position involves the preventative and corrective maintenance of the tool sets found in the Implant area. Tool sets include AMAT 9500, Varian E220, and Axcelis (Eaton) 6200.QualificationsExperience Requirements / Skills:
  • 5+ years supporting AMAT 9500 and/or Varian E220/500 (or other implant platforms)
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a semiconductor-manufacturing environment with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Equipment Maintenance Field.
  • Strong mechanical skills
  • Strong electronic skills
  • Excellent Oral communication skills
  • Excellent Written Communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Must have knowledge of SPC and know how it is used and implemented in the manufacturing environment.
Education Requirements:
  • AS in electrical, mechanical, military training, or 10+ years relevant work experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 40lbs.
