- Provide timely, knowledgeable, and courteous assistance to customers through email, chat, and phone. Resolve inquiries related to product usage, order status, returns, replacements, and general support needs.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining brand trust.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions. Compile and present quarterly reports to highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Travel up to 25%, including overnight stays, to support trade shows, team-building events, and customer engagement activities. Responsibilities include booth setup/teardown and representing the brand on-site.
- Communicate with professionalism and warmth, embodying the brand's voice and values in every customer interaction.
- Properly report health-related adverse events using designated platforms and ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of customer service resources, including FAQs, Help Center articles, and internal documentation.
- Identify patterns in customer feedback and proactively recommend enhancements to processes, policies, and product offerings.
- Work closely with teams such as Education, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure customer insights inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee and support external part-time contractors assisting the Customer Care department, ensuring alignment with service standards and goals.
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Proficient in Zendesk or similar customer service platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a warm and professional tone that reflects the brand voice.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in customer interactions and reporting.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
- A proactive, solution-oriented team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
- A cosmetology license or relevant experience in the beauty industry is strongly preferred and highly valued.
