Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Counselor to lead occupancy growth at John-Wesley Villas. This position requires exceptional sales and marketing skills to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors, their families, and the community.This position is primarily focused on inside sales, responding to inquiries, conducting tours, and guiding prospects through every step of the decision-making process, while supporting targeted outreach and community marketing initiatives.Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and manage leads through inquiries, referrals, and community outreach
  • Build strong, genuine relationships with prospective residents and their families
  • Conduct engaging tours that showcase community amenities, services, and lifestyle
  • Present pricing, contract options, and move-in details confidently and accurately
  • Develop and execute personalized follow-up plans to convert leads into move-ins
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly occupancy and sales targets
  • Participate in community outreach opportunities
  • Maintain accurate prospect records and activity tracking in the CRM system
  • Facilitating the move-in process and making it as smooth and enjoyable as possible
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of success in sales role, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meeting or exceed sales targets and occupancy goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for working with seniors
  • Experience using CRM software to track leads and manage follow-up activity
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
  • Candidates familiar with the area of Macon, GA strongly preferred
