- Generate and manage leads through inquiries, referrals, and community outreach
- Build strong, genuine relationships with prospective residents and their families
- Conduct engaging tours that showcase community amenities, services, and lifestyle
- Present pricing, contract options, and move-in details confidently and accurately
- Develop and execute personalized follow-up plans to convert leads into move-ins
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly occupancy and sales targets
- Participate in community outreach opportunities
- Maintain accurate prospect records and activity tracking in the CRM system
- Facilitating the move-in process and making it as smooth and enjoyable as possible
- Minimum 2-3 years of success in sales role, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar industry.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meeting or exceed sales targets and occupancy goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for working with seniors
- Experience using CRM software to track leads and manage follow-up activity
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
- Candidates familiar with the area of Macon, GA strongly preferred
