- Scheduling for the School Director.
- Front Desk Support (phones, first point of contact, opening classrooms, mail/package distributing, etc.).
- Responsible for School of Education course orders, changes, cancellations, and course evaluations. Monitoring and distributing course enrollments each semester.
- Coordinate the use of facilities and equipment, maintenance requests, IT tickets, etc.
- Facilitating purchases for the School of Education (purchasing card, PACE purchase orders, etc.).
- Review and approve Concur expense reports and travel requests, as well as provide support for faculty and staff.
- Maintaining School of Education listservs and distributing emails via listservs.
- Website maintenance.
- Serve as liaison for administrator in the interpretation of policies and procedures.
- Represent administrator on committees and attend meetings on behalf of administrator.
- Ordering and maintaining supplies and reviewing and monitoring expenditures on supplies, equipment, etc.
- Receive and reconcile expense statements.
- Event/Meeting organization, including catering orders, room scheduling, etc.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate travel for guests, and faculty and staff searches.
- New faculty/staff workspace coordination.
- Perform other related duties based on departmental need.
- High competence in Office products, specifically Excel and Word
- Experience with querying and analyzing data, using data systems (e.g., Catalyst and CART)
