This newly created position will play a critical role in shaping compensation and benefits strategies during a time of growth and integration. With a blend of strategic ownership and team leadership, this is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader who’s ready to make a lasting impact.Responsibilities:Own and evolve compensation strategy, including pay transparency, market analysis, salary structures, and year-end planningPartner with leadership on executive compensation and compliance with evolving pay equity legislationLead the design and administration of bonus, incentive, and recognition programsOversee benefits planning and strategy in partnership with brokers and vendors, ensuring compliance and employee engagementProvide strategic oversight of payroll operations in collaboration with payroll leadershipLead and support two direct reportsSupport integration efforts related to recent M&A activity and help scale total rewards programs as the company growsCollaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership and peers to align total rewards with business goalsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree required;certifications such as CCP, CBP, or CEBS preferred8–10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in compensation leadershipExperience managing and mentoring a teamStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and familiarity with HRIS systemsClear communication style with the ability to influence and educate across all levels of the organizationDeep knowledge of compensation with some knowledge of benefits, payroll operations, and compliance requirementsProven ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-moving environmentExperience working with third-party vendors and consultants on program design and complianceMH123
