  • Working closely with the Chief Legal Officer and her Legal Leadership Team, along with others on the global Legal Team, to create and drive strategic processes and deliverables, including:
  • Coordinating the Legal Team’s development of annual and long-term goals and objectives and subsequently ensuring that projects and initiatives are moving forward
  • Coordinating Legal Leadership Team agendas and meetings as well as Legal Team communications, events, training programs, and professional development initiatives
  • Coordinating Legal Team budgeting and financial management, including forecasting, billing, accruals, outside counsel guidelines, and partnering with Procurement
  • Developing key metrics for the Legal Team to enable data-driven analysis and decision-making
  • Overseeing technology and systems-related initiatives for the Legal Team to help drive efficiency, effectiveness, consistency, and self-service
  • Supporting litigation and legal holds tracking and monitoring for the Legal Team
  • Overseeing and developing the Legal Team’s intranet site, which includes forms, policies, training materials, and other resources used by the Legal Team and various functions across the company
  • Coordinating and overseeing Legal Team integration matters related to acquisitions
  • Supporting various special projects and initiatives within the Legal Team
  • Helping deliver a best-in-class experience for the Dynatrace Board of Directors and its committees, including by:
  • Assisting with the preparation, compilation, and distribution of Board and committee materials
  • Managing the company’s Board portal and maintaining Board/committee-related records and files
  • Assisting with calendars and agendas for the Board and its committees, including scheduling and coordinating logistics and details for regular and special meetings
  • Supporting corporate governance-related projects and initiatives related to the Board and its committees
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Associate’s degree
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in legal or board operations, other relevant work within a corporate legal department, and/or supporting senior-level executives or a board of directors at a public company.
  • Collaborative, able to strategically plan, work cross-functionally, consensus build, multi-task, and be a team player.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communications skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to create, edit, proofread, and format materials for the Legal Team and Board of Directors, including slides/presentations, memos, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Familiarity and experience with Board portals and enterprise technology/tools used across the company.
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and comfortable interacting with senior executives, members of their teams, and the Board of Directors.
  • Proactive and able to identify and anticipate needs.

Compensation and rewards
  • The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
