- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote credit union services (e.g., savings, loans, online banking).
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms, email newsletters, and website updates.
- Coordinate and support community events to promote Credit Union products and services.
- Help generate ideas on ways to attract new members.
- Support member communications and outreach, including branch signage, brochures, and educational materials.
- Coordinate promotional events, community sponsorships, and financial education workshops.
- Track marketing performance using member turn-out, participation and member engagement.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., lending, member services) to support product launches and campaigns.
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or a member-based organization.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of credit union products and services.
- Experience with community outreach or event coordination.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or website CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) is a plus.
- Flexible part-time schedule (25–30 hours/week).
