- Own and manage lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring they align with global strategies and deliver measurable results.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (paid social, search, programmatic) within budget, optimizing for lead quality and volume.
- Partner closely with Marketing Operations to enhance campaign performance, reporting, and ROI tracking.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to uncover growth opportunities and launch region-specific initiatives to support pipeline generation.
- Lead regional event planning-virtual and in-person-including logistics, promotion, and follow-up to maximize brand impact.
- Contribute to the execution of global marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content, advertising, and events, localized for the NORAM audience.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with Business Development, Product Marketing, and Global Marketing teams.
- Provide insights through competitive and market research specific to the B2B tech landscape in NORAM.
- Use data to inform decisions, measure performance, and continuously optimize marketing strategies.
- Participate in global marketing planning discussions, sharing regional insights to influence broader strategy.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation or growth marketing.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and campaign analytics.
- Experience planning and executing events that support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is highly preferred.
