- Preparing and paying invoices (e.g. water assessments, crop insurance, crop inputs like fertilizer, etc.)
- Use of a database to aid in the processing of invoices and data entry/tracking agricultural inputs
- Downloading information from the database to manipulate it Excel through pivot tables and other formula
- Collaborate with the Ag Division in understanding farm operations on a property by property basis
- Effective and respectful communication and an active and engaged member of the team
- Familiarity with agricultural operations/bookkeeping
