ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Licensed Producer, you are working in the office Monday - Friday working new leads to grow the business and assisting current clients with additional needs. This is not a cold call position. We have plenty of calls coming in and new multi-line leads to work. It is your job to organize and follow up with new clients to ensure we have determined and satisfied their needs. This requires following a process and organizing your follow ups.My office grows with creating long term relationships and multi-line clients. Our focus is ensuring our clients think of us and only us when they need to protect their future. This is achieved when you have meaningful discussions focused on the needs of our clients. This is a professional role requiring exceptional customer service, listening skills and the ability to think on your feet.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
  • Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
  • Assist customers with all insurance needs.
  • Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Desired 1 year of experience in Insurance Industry
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Licensed in Property and Casualty
  • If you are not licensed, we can discuss obtaining your licenses.
  • If you do not have Life and Health, they are required within 60 days.
