- Operate industrial sewing, knitting, or tufting machines used in the production of turf and sports netting equipment.
- Set up machines according to production specifications, including threading, tensioning, and yarn or fabric loading.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure product consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- Detect and troubleshoot issues such as thread breaks, yarn misfeeds, or mechanical faults.
- Perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs on assigned machines.
- Inspect finished products to ensure stitching, seams, and patterns meet design and quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production flow or mechanical issues.
- 1 year of Machine Operator experience
- Sewing and knitting experience is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable, hardworking, friendly
