
IT Support Technician I

- Available for walk up questions and level 1 ticket creations.
- Escalate tickets to tier 2 level as needed.
- Image and prepare computers and mobile devices for new users or upgrades.
- Create user documentation and KB articles.
- Local and remote support for software related issues.
- Maintain inventory incoming and outgoing and update database.
- Assist in patching and maintaining end use equipment to ensure all equipment is current with latest OS updates, firmware, Anti-Virus, drivers, software updates, and meets company standards.
- Assist in the installation of company approved software.
- Provide support for video conferencing meetings.
- Provide end user training.
- Attend and participate in IT meetings.
- 1+ yrs. related experience or equivalent education in computer-related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with staff members at all levels of the organization.
- Must have experience with software installation and configuration.
- 1+ yrs. experience with Windows, OSX, IOS and Android.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Must be able to work independently with sustained concentration.
