
Assistant Sales Operations Manager

- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training direct sales representatives to meet established market goals.
- Lead in-depth training program for newly onboarded sales representatives and refresher training to tenured sales representatives.
- Administratively responsible for lead results and reporting.
- Routinely review sales performance reports to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for assigned team and territory.
- Provide customer and sales support by responding to customer inquiries and requests.
- Work closely with the Installation department to ensure accurate sales orders and timely installation.
- Perform ride-alongs to provide training for new representatives and to provide coaching and feedback on sales performance for existing representatives.
- Complete in-home sales consultations with potential customers based on lead volume and staffing velocity.
- May lead local marketing and canvassing program to generate additional customer leads as necessary to meet established goals.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a direct sales role or equivalent.
- Experience in generating performance reports from a CRM system and identifying key trends and insights.
- Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.”

- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Must have reliable transportation to/from job site to perform job duties.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
- Direct sales experience in the home services industry.
- Experience managing a team of direct sales representatives.
- Local travel required.
- Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).
- Normal office environment and field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
- Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment and performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
- Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
