This is not an entry-level position, we are looking for a tech with real-world experience who can hit the ground running and deliver results without constant supervision. If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a dealership that values your skills, this is the role for you.Job Type & ScheduleJob Type: Full-timePay: Based on experience and certificationsWork Requirements:Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday; Saturdays as neededAbility to Commute: Winslow, AZ (Required)Work Location: In personResponsibilitiesAccurately diagnose and repair vehicles based on customer concerns and inspection findingsPerform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake jobs, tire rotations, etc.Handle complex repairs across engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systemsUse diagnostic tools and manufacturer resources to resolve technical issuesCommunicate clearly with Service Advisors and team members about repair needs and timelinesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentComplete warranty and recall repairs to factory specificationsStay current on Ford training and technical updatesQualifications2+ years of hands-on technician experience requiredFord certifications strongly preferredProficiency in diagnostics, electrical, and powertrain repairsAbility to work independently and meet productivity targetsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailFamiliarity with OEM service software and diagnostic equipmentValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust pass a background check and drug screeningWhy Join Winslow FordWe’re a dealership that invests in its people.
