Human by nature.PurposeEnsure compliance with all measures of the TTB (Tax & Trade Bureau) drawback program for alcohol-containing food products by preparing and submitting monthly claims, monitoring rebates, and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete in accordance with regulations.WorkplaceCincinnatiMain ResponsibilitiesTTB Claims and Revenue ProtectionBuild and support alcohol drawback claims to increase revenue recovery under U.S. TTB regulations.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all TTB reporting requirements.Monitor, and flag anomalies or risk in ethanol use reporting.Provide reporting support and documentation for internal and external audits.Compliance MonitoringSupport transactional review of manufacturing and logistics activity subject to TTB program compliance.Communicate with site logistics, production, and Manex teams to promote compliance processes.Support audit readiness through documentation control and improvement suggestions.Data ManagementRun monthly reports and maintain databases and spreadsheets related to TTB claims and import/export records.Perform basic data validation, eligibility checks, and support claim calculations. Coordinate with teams (logistics, procurement, operations) for data input and issue resolution.Stakeholder CommunicationAssist in preparing stakeholder updates, summaries, and performance tracking of claims.Collaborate with site contacts to ensure accurate execution of site-level TTB-related tasks.Education and SkillsAssociate's degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.1-3 years of experience in administrative, supply chain, finance, or regulatory support roles.Exposure to the food, beverage, or flavor industry.Familiarity with U.S. TTB regulations desirable.Excel and SAP required.#LI-Hybrid #ZRAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives.
