Forklift Operator

• Operate various advanced packing machines to meet inbound/outbound schedules.
• Load and unload materials as part of a team.
• Follow inventory-control instructions for stacking and storage.
• Move palletized or crated materials throughout the facility.
• Pick, pack, check, and load/unload products from storage areas and trailers.
• Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and safety inspections on equipment.
• Identify and report safety hazards and quality/production issues to management.
• Accurately complete all necessary forms and documentation.
• Suggest improvements to systems and processes.
• Ensure high-quality standards and meet production performance goals.
• Keep detailed and accurate production records.
• Cross-train in multiple job functions and assist in other duties as needed.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of sit down forklift experience
• Quad forklift a plus
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• OSHA forklift certification or equivalent operating experience preferred.
