The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $101,300.00 to $168,900.00.Rewards and Benefits

As Procurement Enablement Manager, you will identify, lead, and provide ongoing support and continuous improvements. You will support the team's mission of providing sustainable value by driving savings and productivity through strategic partnerships.You Will
- Develop and deploy standard processes across multiple departmental initiatives
- Provide ongoing continuous improvement and thought leadership
- Be a consultant for category reviews, supplier stratification, negotiation support and other departmental plans
- Lead and project manage strategic integration of technology enhancements for direct and indirect procurement
- Design negotiation tools that support development of strategies aimed at achieving an advantaged total cost of procurement, including product cost, performance metrics, rebates, payment terms, etc.
- Design, develop, and implement supplier performance management tools that improve our supplier relationships and processes
- Coordinate with Financial partners to develop and manage the necessary tools to monitor supplier financial stability
- Partner with Supplier Management, Finance, and other internal partners in the development of best practice procurement tools.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Required
- 5+ years experience in Procurement, Product Management, Global Category Management or Strategic Sourcing Required
- Experience managing large project across multiple functions.
- Experience developing and implementing procurement processes
- Experience driving results through the negotiation process such as contract negotiation and supplier performance
- Proficiency navigating, administering and extracting data from Purchasing Software
- Experience leading Continuous Improvement efforts including root cause analysis, structured problem-solving methodologies, process mapping and analysis, and ensuring consistency and repeatability.
- Experience applying financial concepts such as Cost Of Goods Sold (COGS), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), spend analysis, cost savings analysis and supplier financial health.
