- Works directly with suppliers, sourcing, business, engineering, and operations to meet and improve product quality and delivery.
- Build a strong relationship with suppliers, engineering, and operations.
- Compile reporting data to provide an overhaul scorecard of quarterly metrics for presentation to Sr. Leadership.
- Implements, evaluates, and revises, technical quality assurance protocols/methods.
- Ensures activities and items are in compliance with Honeywell quality assurance standards applicable government regulations and customers' requirements.
- Proactively reviews suppliers, assess operational gaps to identify risks and takes systematic actions to develop a world class supplier.
- Performs internal audits of processes and functions to assure continued compliance to international standards, requirements, and applicable government regulations.
- Leads and facilitates multi-disciplined RCCA and problem-solving teams.
- Position will support compliance to ISO9001, AS9100.
- Ability to Review and Interpret Engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to setup, modify and create SAP inspection plans.
- Continuous improvement projects and coordination.
- Additional requirements as necessary.

- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing, quality role OR 5+ years' experience in a technical manufacturing role
- 2+ years experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 Auditing
- Advanced Experience in Excel Functions, Pivot Tables, and Formulas
- Quality Engineering in an Aerospace function
- Material Review Board, Preliminary Review Board, Supplier Review Board experience
- Experience with Tableau, SAP in an analytical environment
- Experience with Parts Per Million, Quality Escapes and identifying trends
- Prior audit experience in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced experience in PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills and be able to work equally well with executives, engineers, supervisors, and operators
- Ability to work both independently and within a team, and be proficient in interpreting and applying established standards
- Net-Inspect, Teamcenter, Supplemental Purchase Order Conditions Manual (SPOC) and HOS experience
- Green Belt Certified
- Lean - Six Sigma methodologies experience and certification
- First Article Inspection Reports Completion/Review
