- Drive modern software development practices across multiple, agile teams.
- The DevOps Engineer will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand evolving requirements and identify key technologies and architecture design patterns used by the team.
- Stand up multiple agile development teams and will oversee the instantiation of DevOps pipelines in both on-prem and cloud environments

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years in software development, infrastructure design, or DevOps
- Proven experience in a senior DevOps role, demonstrating leadership and innovation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools, especially GitLab
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible).
- Demonstrated proficiency in containerization and orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure and GCP
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must have an active Top Secret security clearance.
- 5+ years in software development in a classified working environment
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate, or Kubernetes Administrator.
- Experience with microservices architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD on classified software development networks.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
