We are looking for candidates that want a lifestyle sales position in the fun, competitive, growing beverage alcohol distribution business. Candidates must be self starters, have a thirst for knowledge and are comfortable with face to face interaction with buyers on a daily basis. The position is remote however you must live in or nearby the territory.Qualifications
- Field Service, Customer Service, and Sales skills
- Experience in Account Management 100 - 150 accounts per month
- A talent for building and maintaining great relationships with customers
- Ability to work remotely and cover a defined sales territory
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Previous experience in beverage sales, or related industry, is a plus
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Manage and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Prospect for new business opportunities within your territory through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Conduct product presentations and tastings to potential clients, showcasing the quality and variety of our beverage offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for territory growth and achieve sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the beverage or foodservice industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and earn a high commission.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
