Job Title: Summer 2026 Business Analyst InternSummary: As a Business Analyst Intern, you will help streamline and enhance day-to-day operations across the Americas by supporting automation and process improvement initiatives in the Customer Service organization. You will work with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and collaborate with teams to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities Include:Regional Scope – Customer Service - AMR (North America)Display strong business acumen and ability to take initiative and ownership of project needsSignificant experience in complex and ever-changing environmentsStrong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple requests/demands on timePrioritize workload depending on project needs for on-time completionPossess a sense of urgency when performing tasks, excellent organizational skillsQualifications:The following are required for the rolePursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related fieldTech-savvy and a quick learner, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)Eager to learn about an Integrated Global Supply Chain and the Specialty Chemical industryStrong organizational skills with the ability manage multiple requests and demands on time, prioritize effectively, and meet project deadlinesProgram Qualifications:The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.The candidate is expected to be available 40 hours a week for a period of 10-12 weeks between the months of May and August.What We Offer: Base Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00The base salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
