Title: High School Outreach Specialist Bilingual MandarinPosition Summary:We are seeking a mission-driven High School Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the founders to build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities across the United States in support of our high school dual credit program and other collaborative initiatives.This position is ideal for a proactive, relationship-oriented professional with a passion for education. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the education industry, experience in school program operations, or previous roles in admissions, college counseling, administration, or outreach at a U.S. high school or university.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with U.S. universities to promote dual credit and joint academic programs.
  • Represent the organization at national education conferences, exhibitions, events, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement outreach and growth strategies.
  • Engage with university leadership, school administrators, and educational organizations to develop partnerships.
  • Negotiate agreements and nurture long-term strategic collaborations.
  • Effectively communicate the organization’s mission, vision, and educational offerings.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with educational leaders at the state and local levels
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Native-level proficiency in English and fluent Mandarin (speaking and writing) is required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with one or more of the following:
  • Experience in the education sector
  • School program operations experience
  • Prior roles in admissions, college counseling, administration, or outreach at a U.S. high school or university
  • Background in partnerships, sales, business development, or related fields.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to achieve outcomes.
