This role will report directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is responsible for successfully manufacturing L3Harris products for delivery or repair.Essential Functions:
  • Building electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies, including circuit cards, cable/harnesses, and various other electronic products while ensuring compliance with required performance specifications
  • Ability in multiple electronics manufacturing processes, including component level soldering, wire/harness routing, point to point wire connector terminations, wire crimpers, wire connectors, torque tools, and ESD practices.
  • Sets up a variety of manufacturing apparatus, and completes assembly following methods, procedures, standards, and operations sequences
  • Ability to work from both oral and written instructions, engineering drawings, and blueprints
· Participate in process improvement activities in both test and manufacturing· Support OT (nights, weekends, extended hours) as needed to meet schedule requirements and business needs· Other responsibilities as assigned by ManagementQualifications:
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft suite and personal computing devices.
  • Proficient in soldering, wire crimping
  • Knowledge performing functional testing of electromechanical assemblies.
  • Active/Current IPC/J-STD certifications.
