
Sales Account Manager - Additive Manufactuing

- In this role you will generate and grow sales within your assigned territory and group of existing accounts.
- You will work with leadership to identify target customers or industries to develop and win metal powder opportunities.
- You are a results orientated self-starter that is able to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment out of the Indianapolis office or a remote office.
- Further, you will be accountable for achieving established sales targets by seeking out new business opportunities and maintaining productive working relationships with existing customers through frequent contact.
- Additionally, you will utilize your technical skills and experience to consult with customers and make assessments which demonstrate the value of the product.
- You will have the opportunity to develop knowledge and collect data on the account's business, products, processes, customers and growth opportunities to better understand market and specific customer needs.
- You will work to maintain solid communication between a cross-functional team to ensure account strategies and projects are aligned with the correct resources and market objectives.
- You will display diligent use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage the territory and communicate results for key sales metrics such as revenue growth, customer activity, opportunity pipeline management and pricing.
- You will always represent Linde in a professional and dignified manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field of study is required with 4 years or more working experience.
- It is preferred that you will have experience with metal powder sales and/or in the Additive Manufacturing industry or within the Aerospace industry.
- It is preferred that you will have 3+ years of direct sales or commercial related experience.
- Proven track record of successfully growing partnerships with customers and/or client accounts.
- You should be able to demonstrate strong decision-making and business judgement skills.
- You are self -directed and can organize and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
- Additionally, you will possess and display strong communication and relationship building skills.
