- Assist with scheduling classes and managing instructor rosters
- Support payroll and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Manage inventory and monitor equipment
- Help coordinate pool partner logistics
- Welcome families to the pool and create a fun, friendly atmosphere
- Check water chemistry and deck safety before lessons
- Answer customer questions about accounts, class progress, and programs
- Assist instructors and managers during lessons as needed
- Capture and post photos/videos for social media to showcase our community
- Keep morale high for both staff and customers with a positive, energetic attitude
- Manage customer service phone calls and emails
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic personality with a professional demeanor
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Willingness to learn pool safety and program requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience (required for full consideration)
- Experience working with children or in a recreational/fitness environment
- CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard certification (can be obtained during training)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or scheduling software
