  • Define and create Jira tickets for embedded software activities and deliverables
  • Track delivery of Jira tickets to completion
  • Remove roadblocks to enable Engineers to focus on SW development
  • Manage Hardware Dependencies
  • Collaborate and align with hardware team on schedule and deliverables
  • Ensure dependencies are captured in project plan and are managed during the project life cycle
  • Cross-functional Collaboration with Other Software Teams
  • Ensure that embedded software schedule is aligned with the overall SW organization delivery plan
  • Work with other SW TPMs on cross-functional dependencies
  • Risk and Issue Management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, assess, mitigate, and manage risks
  • Define issues and drive path to resolution
  • Monitoring and Reporting
  • Track overall project progress towards milestones
  • Report status on a regular basis to program
Qualifications: * 3+ years of relevant work experience as a software technical program manager in the automotive space (preferably with a degree in computer science, engineering, or related field)
  • Required: Experience managing Software Teams delivering embedded C/C++, microcontrollers, Real-time Operating System (RTOS)
  • Required: Hands-on experience with ECU Software architecture, and hardware & software integration
  • Required: Managing projects using Agile methodology
  • Required: Jira experience
  • Not required but a plus: Experience working with contract manufacturers on product development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
