- Oversee all aspects of operations for the Digital Solutions service line, including manufacturing coordination, installation, and service/maintenance.
- Develop and implement scalable processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency across projects.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve business objectives and client satisfaction.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Client Services teams to ensure seamless delivery of digital signage projects.
- Work closely with technology partners, hardware suppliers, and software vendors to maintain strong relationships and ensure reliable performance.
- Serve as the operational liaison to clients, providing expertise and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team, including field technicians, project managers, and service personnel.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to drive a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation.
- Forecast hiring needs and resource requirements to match growing demand.
- Support the development of new service offerings within the Digital Solutions business line.
- Stay current with digital signage industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor practices to drive innovation.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, margin improvement, and enhanced customer value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in digital signage, AV integration, commercial displays, or related industries preferred.
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-site installation and service operations.
- Experience working with both hardware (LCD/LED displays, kiosks, mounts) and software platforms (CMS, remote monitoring).
- Strong operational leadership and organizational skills.
- Expertise in vendor management, logistics, and supply chain for technology-driven services.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
- Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems.
