While we are driven and fast growing, we also like to have fun while we work!Our Troy, MI location is currently looking for a Logistics Supervisor to be the strategic driver behind statewide operations. The Logistics team is small, but mighty. They are responsible for making sure all work is covered by the correct talent, and for maximizing the operational capacity of the ModTeam. The Logistics Supervisor of this team must be a Logic-Wizard (they have never met a puzzle they couldn't solve). They will be known for building strong relationships with everyone they work with. They are calm under pressure and enjoy the thrill of making things happen. Responsibilities
  • Lead, Manage and hold Dispatch Team Members Accountable
  • Backup Director of Logistics- fully cross-trained/performing company scheduling function when Director is unavailable
  • Route appointments to maximize operational efficiency and production capabilities
  • Produce and manage on-call and night schedules
  • Routing coaching and training
  • Manage emergency requests
  • Manage technician time off and set crew schedules
  • Build trust and rapport with all field personnel
  • Process development and implementation
  • Communicate with other departments to promote customer service and operational efficiency
Requirements
  • 1+ years of Management experience (Required)
  • 1+ years Operations, Logistics or Dispatch experience (Required)
  • Superior Logician who can think through a puzzle
  • Strong understanding of Michigan geography is a must
  • Strategic thinker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional people skills
  • Experience with Salesforce (specifically Field Service Lightning) is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills & comfort with Microsoft Office Suite is a must
